Step 1: Project Initiation and Discovery

Our initial onsite consultation with you is a 2-hour workshop with a pre-paid flat fee of $440 plus GST and travel time. This consultation aims to fully understand your lifestyle, the desired function of the project space, and your aesthetic preferences.

We take comprehensive notes during our time together, allowing us to create a full scope of works and workshop with you any immediate questions and suggestions that arise. At this meeting, we will also give you a complete outline of our fee structure and a relevant contract with a clear overview of our design fees and the project expectations.

Step 2:  Project Research and Design Process

time: 6 weeks ⎜ Cost: agreed budget

With a detailed brief completed during your consultation, Marina will get to work creating beautiful, innovative design concepts for your space that you’re sure to love. This is a 6-week process that allows us to create a concept design and initial costing and a personalised presentation with selections for discussion, together with our selected team of trades and suppliers.

Step 3: Project Delivery

Upon agreement of the details, we set our project plan into motion, arrange all trades and purchasing requirements, and set a timeline for installations. MHI will ensure the execution of relevant plans and selections, as well as their installation. After that, a full review and value add services are delivered for an outstanding result.
