This renovation of a 10th-floor apartment on the beach was a 6-month long process, beginning with gutting the entire apartment – floor to ceiling – quite literally! Our client wanted the aesthetic to be relaxed and inviting for beach-goers and families alike. The client’s desire for timelessness and uncomplicated tones with quirky finishes and attention to detail can be seen reflected in the lighting choices, fluted joinery, and other finer details throughout the apartment.
